Pre-order Policy

All pre-orders have to be paid in full to reserve the product at the current price.  All prices are subject to change at anytime due to stock level, allocations, market price etc.  All pre-orders can not be cancelled due to the nature of the TCG market (all sales are final). If OUR sealed product pre-order price drops prior to or on the product release date, we will refund the difference via store credit!

In rare occasions when we can not fufill a pre-order (due to allocation where we were shorted product) the refund is given via the payment method used.  Release dates are subject to change from the manufacture company due to production issues or delays.  We do not have control over allocations, production issues, or manufactoring defects.


Return Policy
All sales are final unless received damaged during transit.  You may return damaged items sold and fulfilled by Constellation Collective, LLC within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

Sealed Products: Minor imperfections in shrink wrap and/or product packaging may occur; this does not qualify as damaged for a replacement.  Any issues related to mispacks, misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the manufacturer company directly.


Refund Policy

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
